Outlining my Indoor Wireless workshop July 16th

Sign up for a remaining space... or express interest in a future session

Last call for this week's Indoor Wireless workshop on Thursday July 16th in London, which is supported by neutral host Freshwave and with help from Andrew Collinson as a facilitator. Join us and other service providers, regulators, analysts, industry experts and vendors.

It's under the Chatham House Rule and won't be recorded, as we want to get candid discussion and private insights, not just repeats of public stories.

I've recorded a short video to highlight why indoor wireless is so important, and that it spans public cellular coverage from MNOs as well as Wi-Fi, Private 5G and specialist wireless for IoT and audiovisual systems.

As well as outlining the roles for these approaches in different settings (residential, commercial, industrial, vehicles etc), we'll be tackling the key questions of "who pays?" and the role of regulators / policymakers in understanding and enabling better coverage and performance.

That could mean better spectrum availability, changes to coverage mandates or building / construction rules, enforcing ubiquitous access to emergency calling - or even just collecting better data on current indoor wireless footprints.

We'll also be looking at the relationships between indoor wireless and AI, robotics, Network APIs and satellite D2D services, as they all pose new challenges, opportunities and scope for disruptions.

Sign up for the workshop or get in touch with me if you'd like to arrange a private advisory session, or need a speaker for another public event or customer conference.
